Living in Narnia

I sometimes sit and wonder, why on earth do I have to be in the army? What am I doing in a place where there is no freedom, where fear and threat looms over peace and joy, where there seems to be so little meaning and so much pain? But all I know is that this is in God's plan for me. "For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: and though after my skin worms destroy my body, yet in my flesh I shall see God: Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me." Job 19: 25-27. God is beyond all things, above all things. What are our pitiful grievances to the God who holds our entire lives in His hand? He is in control, and no matter what may happen to us, we know that He is faithful, and that one day we will stand before Him, and He will wipe every tear from our eyes. Jesus, who is above all, put us above all and died for us, that we may know Him. What else would we ever need? Praise the Lord, Hallelujah.

You are my strength when I am weak
You are the treasure that I seek
You are my all in all
Seeking you as a precious jewel
Lord to give up I'd be a fool
You are my all in all

Taking my sin my cross my shame
Rising again I bless your name
You are my all in all
When I fall down you pick me up
When I am dry you fill my cup
You are my all in all
